1 credit = 1 contact with all associated data. Additional credits $0.33/each. Two user types: Platform Users ($1,200/user/yr) log into SalesIntel directly. Data Only users ($300/user/yr) are licensed to consume exported data pulled by a Platform User. They never log in.
We went through live negotiations with D&B directly. An AVP stepped in toward the end and effectively took over the negotiations from their side. The offers we received came in 25-35% below list price. Bundle pricing, Hoovers with Bombora intent data, and/or technology mapping was meaningfully discounted and worth asking about even if you only want the base product, as the gap narrows considerably at their offer prices. We were focused on an 80k-320k credit allotment in our negotiations. Multi-year terms are available and worth considering given the built-in 6% annual increase, though the year 1 discount erodes quickly at that rate. Competing quotes from ZoomInfo or Cognism are effective leverage. Negotiate add-ons separately from the base package. SalesIntel actively positions as a ZoomInfo alternative at lower cost and negotiates aggressively. Multi-year contracts unlock meaningful discounts, $8,000/yr on a 2-year deal, $7,500/yr on a 3-year deal vs $10,000 list. Teams switching from ZoomInfo or Apollo have strong leverage. Ask about Data Only user pricing if some team members only need exports.
