What is SaaS Blue Book?

SaaS Blue Book is an independent pricing directory for B2B software. We publish structured pricing data, hidden cost warnings, and negotiation intelligence for the tools sales and marketing teams evaluate most.

Why we built this

B2B software pricing is deliberately opaque. Vendors hide real costs behind "contact sales" forms, bury overages in contracts, and advertise per-month rates that require annual commitments. Buyers waste hours in discovery calls just to find out a tool is 3x their budget.

SaaS Blue Book exists to fix that. We research pricing directly — through vendor websites, sales calls, and buyer interviews — and publish it in a structured, comparable format. No forms. No sales calls. No vendor sponsorships that compromise the data.

What we publish

For every tool we cover, we publish the full plan structure, verified pricing with dates, a hidden costs section covering the charges buyers most commonly encounter after signing, and negotiation notes based on real buyer conversations and market data.

SaaS Blue Book is free to use, always. We may earn affiliate commissions if you sign up for a tool via our links. This never influences our pricing data, hidden cost disclosures, or editorial content. Vendors cannot pay to improve their coverage.

If you've recently negotiated a contract, been through a sales process, or have pricing intel we don't, we want it. Everything is anonymized and used only to improve the accuracy of the directory.
