Beehiiv becomes expensive at larger list sizes vs alternatives. At 50,000 subscribers, Max costs $399/mo vs MailerLite Advanced at ~$175/mo. The tradeoff: Beehiiv's built-in monetization tools (ad network, paid subs) may offset this for media-focused newsletters.
