Brevo Pricing

Previously Sendinblue — email and SMS marketing priced by emails sent, not contacts stored. A rare model that benefits large-list, low-frequency senders.

Pricing Plans

as of March 24, 2026
Previously known as Sendinblue, rebranded to Brevo in 2023. Brevo's key differentiator is send-volume pricing rather than contact-based pricing — you pay for emails sent, not contacts stored. This is a major advantage for teams with large lists who email infrequently. Annual billing saves 10%. Pay-as-you-go credits (non-expiring) also available.

Hidden Costs

3 items
Why this matters
The advertised starting price is rarely the price you pay at scale. These are the costs buyers most commonly encounter after signing — ones that aren't prominently disclosed on the pricing page.
Brevo logo removal is a paid add-on on Starter
The Starter plan at $9/mo still displays "Sent with Brevo" on all emails. Removing the logo costs an additional $12/mo — effectively more than doubling the plan cost at the entry tier. The logo is included in removal on Business and above.
Sales features are separate add-ons
CRM pipeline and sales engagement features are available as Sales Essentials ($28/user/mo) or Sales Advanced ($59/user/mo) add-ons. Not included in any base marketing plan.
WhatsApp campaigns require Professional or Enterprise
WhatsApp marketing is only available on Professional and Enterprise plans. Additional WhatsApp credit costs vary by country.

Negotiation Reality

What we know

Brevo is highly transparent and largely self-serve — limited negotiation on standard tiers. Annual billing saves 10% with no negotiation needed. Enterprise contracts have room, especially on dedicated IP and custom send volume pricing. The main value play vs competitors: if you have a large contact database but send infrequently, Brevo's send-volume model saves significant money vs contact-based tools.

General tips
  • Ask at end-of-quarter — sales reps have monthly and quarterly targets
  • Get competing quotes before your first call
  • Ask specifically about first-year discounts vs. renewal rates
  • Request a multi-year rate even if you plan to buy one year
