Pricing Plans

as of March 14, 2026 · annual pricing ⓘ
No published pricing. Groove is sold as part of the Clari platform and is increasingly bundled with Clari Core and Clari Copilot for new customers. As a standalone SE module, pricing is approximately $50-150/user/month (annual). The full Clari + Groove + Copilot stack runs $225-400/user/month. Salesforce is a hard requirement — Groove does not work with any other CRM.

Hidden Costs

4 items
Why this matters
The advertised starting price is rarely the price you pay at scale. These are the costs buyers most commonly encounter after signing — ones that aren't prominently disclosed on the pricing page.
Salesforce is required — and not cheap
Groove only works with Salesforce. Teams not already on Salesforce cannot use Groove. For Salesforce customers, some Groove features require Salesforce Enterprise edition or higher, adding to base CRM costs.
Clari acquisition creates bundling pressure
New Groove customers are frequently pushed toward the full Clari bundle (Core + Copilot + Groove). Teams that just want SE cadences may end up paying for forecasting and conversation intelligence. Push back clearly on what you need.
Implementation is significant
Enterprise Groove deployments require professional services for Salesforce workflow configuration, data migration, and training. Expect $10,000-25,000 for initial setup.
Post-acquisition roadmap uncertainty
Since the Clari acquisition, some Groove features have been deprioritized in favor of Clari's unified roadmap. G2 reviews note bugs and support delays as integration work continues. Negotiate a clear SLA before signing.

Negotiation Reality

What we know

Groove's pricing is more flexible than it appears since the Clari acquisition. Competing quotes from Outreach and Salesloft are effective — Clari/Groove will discount to retain or win deals. Be explicit that you want Groove standalone if you don't need Clari Core — bundling pressure is real but not mandatory. Multi-year and large seat counts move the number.

Negotiation intel is based on first-hand vendor research conducted by the SBB team, third-party procurement data, and community-reported contract outcomes. Individual results vary. Discounts are not guaranteed.

General tips
  • Ask at end-of-quarter — sales reps have monthly and quarterly targets
  • Get competing quotes before your first call
  • Ask specifically about first-year discounts vs. renewal rates
  • Request a multi-year rate even if you plan to buy one year
