Klaviyo has very little negotiation flexibility at standard tiers — pricing is transparent and self-serve. Klaviyo One enterprise contracts have more room, especially on multi-year deals. The main cost lever is list hygiene: suppressing inactive profiles before your billing cycle resets is the most effective way to control costs. Competing quotes from Omnisend or ActiveCampaign can occasionally move things at the enterprise level.
