Pricing Plans

as of March 24, 2026
Mixmax restructured pricing in 2025 to a modular "AI Copilot" model. Three copilots (Inbox, Meeting, Engagement) can be purchased individually or bundled as the Mixmax Suite. Gmail only — does not support Outlook. The dialer is a paid add-on not included in any standard plan. 14-day free trial of all three copilots available. Monthly billing available at 15-25% premium over annual.

Hidden Costs

4 items
Why this matters
The advertised starting price is rarely the price you pay at scale. These are the costs buyers most commonly encounter after signing — ones that aren't prominently disclosed on the pricing page.
Gmail only — Outlook users cannot use Mixmax
Mixmax is built exclusively for Gmail and Google Workspace. Outlook users are not supported. This is a hard constraint — confirm your team's email provider before evaluating.
Dialer is a paid add-on with unpublished pricing
The Mixmax dialer for outbound calling is not included in any plan — it is a separate paid add-on. Pricing is not published; you must contact sales. For SDR teams where phone outreach is significant, get this number before committing.
Sequence recipient cap: 1,500/month
All paid plans cap sequence recipients at 1,500/month. A high-volume SDR adding 50-60 prospects/week hits ~240/month. A 5-person team sharing a workspace approaches the cap fast. Teams scaling past this need the custom Teams plan.
Teams plan requires contacting sales
For teams of 10+, Mixmax offers custom pricing via their Teams plan — not self-serve. Per Vendr data and user reports, expect $100-150/user/month at the Teams tier.

Negotiation Reality

What we know

Mixmax is negotiable at the Teams level. Standard copilot tiers are largely self-serve and fixed. Annual billing saves 15-25% vs monthly — take that before negotiating anything else. The Suite at $89/user/mo is a good deal vs buying copilots separately. Competing quotes from Klenty or Reply.io are relevant leverage for the Teams plan. Key question to ask: whether the dialer add-on can be bundled at a discount.

General tips
  • Ask at end-of-quarter — sales reps have monthly and quarterly targets
  • Get competing quotes before your first call
  • Ask specifically about first-year discounts vs. renewal rates
  • Request a multi-year rate even if you plan to buy one year
