Phone credit add-ons
Built-in calling is included but minutes are not unlimited. Outbound calling minutes and phone numbers are purchased separately and add up quickly for high-volume teams.
FreshDesk sync requires Pro tier
If you use FreshDesk for customer support, syncing it with Freshsales requires the Pro plan ($39/user/mo) — the integration is not available on Growth despite both products being in the Freshworks suite.
Workflow add-ons
