Why this matters
The advertised starting price is rarely the price you pay at scale. These are the costs buyers most commonly encounter after signing — ones that aren't prominently disclosed on the pricing page.
No contact data included
Sales Navigator does not provide email addresses or phone numbers. To get contact data, you need a separate tool (Apollo, Clay, RocketReach, etc.), adding meaningful cost and workflow friction.
Auto-renewal
Auto-renewal clauses are standard and enforced. They are typically triggered 30–60 days prior to end of term, though this varies by contract. A simple email to your rep immediately after signing saying "This is my notice of non-renewal" covers you if you're not ready to commit long-term.
Data loss on downgrade
Downgrading or cancelling means permanently losing all saved leads, accounts, InMail history, and unused credits. There is no export or grace period.
CRM sync requires most expensive tier
Full automated CRM integration is locked to Advanced Plus. Core and Advanced require manual entry or third-party tools.
InMail cap is binding
50 InMail credits per month across all plans. Credits refund if a prospect replies within 90 days, but this is a real constraint for high-volume outreach teams.

More negotiable than LinkedIn lets on. Annual billing gets a listed 10% off Core and 6% off Advanced — but you can likely negotiate more, especially on multi-seat deals. If you have an active subscription, go through the cancellation flow without actually cancelling — LinkedIn frequently offers a discounted rate to retain you. On free trials, cancelling before the trial ends often triggers a 50% off for 3 months offer. Advanced Plus is highly customizable — always contact sales directly.
