No contact data included
Sales Navigator does not provide email addresses or phone numbers. To get contact data, you need a separate tool (Apollo, Clay, RocketReach, etc.), adding meaningful cost and workflow friction.
Auto-renewal trap
Multiple users report auto-renewals processing 45 days before the stated renewal date, with very narrow cancellation windows. Read the contract terms carefully.
Data loss on downgrade
Downgrading or cancelling means permanently losing all saved leads, accounts, InMail history, and unused credits. There is no export or grace period.
CRM sync requires most expensive tier
Full automated CRM integration is locked to Advanced Plus. Core and Advanced require manual entry or third-party tools.
InMail cap is binding
50 InMail credits per month across all plans. Credits refund if a prospect replies within 90 days, but this is a real constraint for high-volume outreach teams.
