Why this matters
The advertised starting price is rarely the price you pay at scale. These are the costs buyers most commonly encounter after signing — ones that aren't prominently disclosed on the pricing page.
Seats and credits billed separately
On the Scale tier, the first 6 seats are free. Seat 7 and above cost $450/seat/yr — a 10-person team pays $1,800/yr in seats (4 paid seats). Credits are purchased on top of that.
Phone numbers cost 5x more than emails
1 credit reveals an email. 5 credits reveal a phone number. 1 credit to export to CRM. A team doing phone-heavy outreach burns through credits significantly faster.
Intent data gating
Bombora-powered intent signals are only available on Premium and above. Not accessible on Pro.
Annual plan credit reset
On annual plans, all credits are issued upfront. Any unused credits at year-end are lost — no rollover.
