Zoho ecosystem lock-in
Zoho CRM works best when paired with other Zoho products (Campaigns, Desk, Books, etc.). Once you're in the ecosystem, switching becomes progressively harder.
Support tiers cost extra
Standard support is included but premium support (faster response, dedicated rep) is a paid add-on. Enterprise customers often find the default support lacking.
